With an impressive array of European clients, we’re on the hunt for an ambitious and commercially minded Consultant to support the growth of key accounts, develop new opportunities and make their mark as part of this vibrant and creative team who have won by the Market Research Society Award for Best New Venture.The role requires someone who wants to learn and develop quickly, who has strong relationship- building skills and who thrives on collaborating with multi-market client and agency teams.Person specificationCommercial and curious mindset with the ability to think strategically about how to approach the research questions and unafraid to offer your point of view.An eagerness to learn. We don’t expect you (or anyone!) to know everything. We’re looking for someone with the appetite and hunger to grow and develop.Ability to proactively manage your own workload – you’ll need to balance multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines in this role.Desire to make an impact. We want you to relish being part of a fast-growing and freethinking agency and want to help us develop and improve.Client facing. A lot of our work centres on understanding our clients as people. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building these relationships.As Opinium’s newest office we are very much a start-up. Regardless of level, there are times when we all need to take on tasks which are outside our remit.Desired skillsFluent in English, proficiency in other languages would also be beneficial.Strong experience across the project lifecycle – from questionnaire development to analysis and reporting.Strong previous experience of quantitative research within brand and communications / product and service development.
