Success is evaluated through tangible impact on financial and performance indicators, creating a results-oriented environment for both clients and consultants.Role Description The Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Consultant will work with client organizations to assess current performance, analyze data, identify strategic opportunities, and design practical solutions that improve outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting interviews and workshops, preparing analytical reports and presentations, supporting the development of implementation plans, and tracking progress against agreed milestones. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional client teams, contributing to internal knowledge development, and supporting business development activities such as proposal preparation and thought leadership. Consultants are expected to manage their own workstreams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain a high standard of professional ethics and client service.QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, build structured recommendations, and synthesize complex information.3 Years of consulting or relevant industry experience in strategy, operations, or organizational transformation, with exposure to implementation and execution work.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and produce clear, concise reports and decks.Proficiency with common business tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of deliverables under time constraints.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus.Interest in the Saudi and broader GCC market, with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory professional conduct.
