Established in 1995, TRI has completed more than 2,500 assignments across the GCC, wider Middle East, and Africa.Our core services include market and financial feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, operator search and selection, valuation, operational reviews, concept development, bespoke research, and litigation support.As TRI continues to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare high-quality client pitches, presentations, and proposals.Execute consulting assignments, including feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, operator searches, technical due diligence, and valuations.Conduct desktop and field research across hospitality, retail, and mixed-use sectors, translating findings into clear market insights and actionable recommendations.Develop financial models and projections for various real estate asset classes and assess overall project viability.Review analysts’ work to ensure quality, accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to scope and budget.Manage client relationships, present deliverables, and participate in meetings and workshops, including international travel where required.Contribute to business development, industry knowledge, revenue generation, and the firm’s strategic growth.Skills & QualificationsFluent English; Arabic is an advantage.Graduate or postgraduate degree in hospitality, management, finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality operations, real estate development, or consulting, preferably in the Middle East.Strong report-writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong financial modelling skills and understanding of key real estate financial metrics.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations clearly and concisely.Strong project management and leadership capabilities.ApplicationIf you are seeking a challenging and rewarding career in management consulting and meet the requirements outlined above, please submit your CV and cover letter for consideration.
