Consultant (STE) – Finacle LMS (Conventional Retail Loans)📍 Location: Dubai, UAE📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)💼 Experience Required: 4-7 Years💼Notice Period: Immediate Joiners OnlyWe are looking for an experienced Consultant (STE) with strong expertise in Finacle LMS (Retail Loans) to join our banking technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Finacle 11 Retail Loans functional testing, strong banking domain knowledge, and the ability to independently drive testing activities across the end-to-end loan lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform end-to-end functional testing for Finacle 11 Retail Loans modules.Validate retail loan lifecycle processes including:Customer onboardingLoan disbursementDemand generationRepayment processingDefermentSettlement & foreclosureReschedulingWrite-off processingFees and chargesInterest/Profit calculationsAccounting entries and GL validationsPrepare and manage test data for various business scenarios.Design, execute, and document test cases and test results.Identify, log, track, and validate defects through closure.Prepare execution reports and maintain test repositories.Coordinate directly with business stakeholders, product teams, and development teams for requirement clarification and issue resolution.Ensure comprehensive coverage of conventional loan functionalities and related integrations.Required Skills & Experience5 to 7 years of testing experience in the Banking domain.Strong hands-on experience with:Finacle 11Finacle LMS (Loan Management System)Retail LoansSQL QueriesFunctional Manual TestingTest Data PreparationStrong understanding of retail lending business processes.Experience validating complex loan calculations, accounting entries, and end-to-end business workflows.Proven experience in defect management and test reporting.Ability to work independently with minimal KT/support.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred ExperienceHands-on experience testing both Conventional and Islamic Loan lifecycle scenarios within Finacle.Experience working on banking transformation, implementation, or enhancement projects.Exposure to UAT support and production validation activities.📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV on vishwa.fafadia@qualitykiosk.com along with the following details:Total Experience:Finacle LMS Experience:Retail Loans Experience:Conventional and Islamic loan Experience:Current Location:Current Salary:Expected Salary:Notice Period:Are you okay for 6 months + extendable contract:
