Join our dynamic team and be part of an exciting journey where your passion meets purpose.ResponsibilitiesThe role will include direct international client and partner interactions, as well as occasional travel by train within Europe. Main tasks will cover:· Analysing large office property portfolios to assess performance, occupancy, lease structures, and risk exposure, and delivering strategic, data-driven recommendations· Preparing financial models and business cases (cash flows and option comparisons) to support real estate decisions.· Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards translating analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior management.· Advising and supporting office lease (re)negotiations, including renewals, relocations, and exits, with a focus on value optimisation and flexibility.· Conducting market research and benchmarking, covering rental levels, incentives, occupier trends, etc.· Supporting client interviews and stakeholder workshops.ExperienceWe are looking for candidates with 0-3 years of proven consulting experience in commercial office real estate, architecture, or urban planning, and with a broad understanding of "office" as a product.QualificationsUniversity background in economics, finance, real estate, or architecture.Strong English (both written and spoken) and proficient in Excel and PPT.
