Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Consultant to support a major university transformation programme in Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy consulting, business transformation, and financial analysis, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical, actionable recommendations.This role is suited to a proactive, delivery-focused consultant who takes ownership of assigned workstreams and produces high-quality deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Support the development of business strategies, conduct market research and benchmarking, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.Operating Model Design: Contribute to the design and implementation of target operating models, organizational structures, and transformation initiatives.Financial Modelling: Develop, maintain, and stress-test financial models, business cases, and investment cases to support strategic decision-making.Problem Solving & Analysis: Apply structured, hypothesis-driven approaches to complex business challenges, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, project leadership, and advisory teams to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.Presentation & Reporting: Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and executive-level materials communicating insights and recommendations.Workstream Delivery: Take ownership of assigned activities, ensuring timely completion and consistently high-quality outputs.Requirements5–8 years of professional experience, with substantial experience in Tier 1 strategy consulting, Big 4 strategy practices, or corporate strategy functions.Strong experience in strategy development, business transformation, operating model design, and investment cases.Demonstrated hands-on financial modelling and analytical capabilities.Excellent PowerPoint skills, including the ability to develop structured, senior-management presentations.Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience working in complex transformation environments.Willingness to work full-time on-site in Saudi Arabia, outside Riyadh, Sunday to Thursday.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting transformation programmes in Saudi Arabia.Exposure to higher education, universities, institutional investments, or endowment funds.Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.Ideal CandidateWe are particularly interested in consultants who are hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable owning deliverables from analysis through to completion.This is a consulting delivery role rather than a traditional project management or PMO coordination position.

Candidates should be comfortable conducting detailed analysis, building financial models, developing strategic recommendations, and preparing client-ready presentations.
