Salary - 1.7L - 3L P.MExperience - 2-5 yearsQualification - DNB Critical Care MedicineDrNB Critical Care MedicineFNB Critical Care MedicineDM Critical Care MedicineLocation - Punjabi Bagh , New DelhiJob DescriptionManage critically ill patients in ICU, emergency, and high-dependency units.Assess patients, diagnose conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.Perform critical procedures including intubation, central venous access, and resuscitation.Monitor vital signs, ventilation, haemodynamic status, and treatment responses.Respond promptly to medical emergencies and make effective decisions under pressure.Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and prognosis clearly to patients and families.Provide appropriate counselling and emotional support to relatives.Coordinate with doctors, nurses, surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals.Guide junior doctors and nursing staff in critical care practices.Maintain patient safety, infection-control standards, clinical documentation, and hospital protocols.Participate in clinical meetings, audits, research, and continuing medical education.DMC registration is mandatory.
