The company is committed to high-quality critical care services powered by advanced technology and specialized expertise.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Consultant – Critical Care Medicine role based in Saharanpur. The consultant will manage and oversee critically ill patients, provide evidence-based clinical decisions, and collaborate closely with ICU staff and remote telemedicine teams. Daily responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment planning, ventilator and hemodynamic management, and interpretation of diagnostic tests. The consultant will guide junior clinicians, support nursing staff, and contribute to protocols and quality improvement initiatives. The role also involves clear communication with patients’ families, coordination of multidisciplinary care, and adherence to hospital and tele-ICU clinical standards.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, with specialized expertise in Critical Care Medicine.Skills in Home Care and Elder Care to support continuity of care beyond the ICU setting.Ability to provide Training to clinical and nursing staff, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.Valid medical degree (MBBS) with recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, Pulmonology, or equivalent, plus formal training or fellowship in Critical Care (preferred).Current medical registration/license to practice, with compliance to national and institutional clinical guidelines.Demonstrated experience in managing ICU patients, including ventilator care, invasive monitoring, and emergency interventions.Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills, with comfort using digital health and telemedicine technologies.Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
