The role focuses on medical dermatology, procedural dermatology, skin health, and aesthetic dermatology services.The successful candidate will work within a modern, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, advanced diagnostic facilities, and modern treatment infrastructure.Role OverviewThe Consultant Dermatologist will provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for a wide range of dermatological conditions, while performing appropriate dermatological procedures and providing comprehensive patient-centred care.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage medical dermatology conditions including eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, dermatitis, skin infections, and inflammatory skin conditions Assess and manage hair and nail disorders, pigmentation disorders, and other dermatological conditions Perform dermatological procedures including skin biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other procedures within the appropriate scope of practice Provide laser and aesthetic dermatology treatments where appropriately qualified and credentialed Conduct skin cancer screening, mole assessment, lesion evaluation, and appropriate follow-up Assess suspicious skin lesions and coordinate further investigation, biopsy, pathology review, or specialist referral when required Counsel patients regarding treatment options, skincare, medication safety, sun protection, and realistic aesthetic expectations Develop personalised treatment plans and provide appropriate long-term dermatology follow-up Coordinate care with allergy, rheumatology, oncology, plastic surgery, pathology, and other relevant specialties Maintain appropriate patient consent, clinical photography, documentation, infection control, and patient safety standards Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuing professional developmentRequirementsApplications are welcome from internationally trained Consultant Dermatologists holding recognised specialist qualifications such as: American Board of Dermatology UK CCT / MRCP Dermatology European Board / National Specialist Certification Royal College Certification (Canada) Australian FACD Arab Board MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualificationCandidates from the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, Middle East, Africa, and South America may apply, subject to UAE licensing and facility credentialing requirements.Benefits Highly competitive tax-free salary package Performance-based incentives where applicable Housing allowance or premium accommodation support Comprehensive medical insurance Annual return flight tickets Professional indemnity / malpractice coverage Continuing medical education support Visa and onboarding assistanceLICENSING & RELOCATION SUPPORT Structured DHA / DOH / MOH license conversion assistance DataFlow and credential verification support Visa and regulatory processing assistance Relocation guidance for physician and family where applicable Dedicated onboarding support for transition into UAE clinical practiceIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Strong clinical judgement with commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and multidisciplinary teams Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance expectations Interest in long-term career development within a premium UAE healthcare settingHow To ApplyInterested candidates may apply with an updated CV and details of current licensing status / eligibility.
