The successful candidate will provide comprehensive endocrine care services, utilizing advanced diagnostic approaches, evidence-based treatment strategies, and clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. The successful candidate will join a progressive healthcare environment committed to clinical excellence, advanced endocrinology services, and improving outcomes for patients with complex endocrine and metabolic conditions.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disordersManage complex cases including diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorders, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and hormonal imbalancesDiagnose and treat metabolic conditions including obesity, osteoporosis, and lipid disordersDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and evidence-based guidelinesProvide long-term management and follow-up for chronic endocrine conditionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesParticipate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiativesSupport medical education, training, and departmental developmentQualificationsBoard certification in Endocrinology or equivalent recognised qualificationRecognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, or an equivalent recognised qualificationMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in EndocrinologyEligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAPRequired SkillsExtensive experience in clinical endocrinologyExpertise in managing diabetes and metabolic disordersAdvanced knowledge of thyroid, pituitary, adrenal, and hormonal disordersStrong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skillsExperience managing complex endocrine casesExcellent communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teamsCommitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous quality improvementAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environmentCompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, clinical expertise, and professional experience.
