About the CompanyStafmed is currently recruiting a highly experienced Consultant ENT for an exciting full-time position with a leading hospital in the UAE.About the RoleWe are seeking a distinguished Consultant ENT with extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including complex ENT disorders requiring advanced medical and surgical care.The successful candidate will join a progressive clinical environment committed to delivering advanced, patient-centred ENT services and comprehensive otolaryngology care.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of ENT conditionsDiagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck disordersPerform appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic ENT proceduresPerform and oversee ENT surgical procedures within the candidate’s area of expertiseManage complex ENT cases requiring multidisciplinary careEvaluate and manage patients with hearing, balance, sinus, and airway disordersDevelop personalised, evidence-based treatment plansProvide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient careCollaborate with audiologists, radiologists, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiativesSupport departmental education, teaching, and service developmentQualificationsBoard certification in Otolaryngology / ENTRecognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, German Facharzt, French DES, or an equivalent recognised qualificationMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in ENT / OtolaryngologyStrong experience in ENT procedures and surgeryEligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAPRequired SkillsComprehensive experience in ENT / OtolaryngologyExpertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of ENT conditionsStrong surgical and procedural skillsExperience managing complex ear, nose, throat, and head and neck conditionsStrong clinical and surgical decision-making skillsExcellent communication and patient-centred care skillsStrong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and service qualityCompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, clinical expertise, and experience.
