We're Hiring | Consultant ENT Surgeon📍 Location: Dubai💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant ENT Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive otolaryngology care, including the diagnosis and surgical management of ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck conditions, while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a broad range of adult and, where applicable, pediatric ENT conditionsConduct comprehensive ENT consultations and clinical examinationsPerform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures within the scope of practiceManage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, and head and neckPerform appropriate endoscopic, microscopic, and minimally invasive ENT procedures where qualifiedEvaluate and manage chronic ear disease, hearing-related conditions, nasal obstruction, sinus disease, and throat disordersProvide surgical management of tonsillar and adenoid disease, nasal and sinus conditions, and other relevant ENT disordersConduct preoperative assessments and provide postoperative care and follow-upCollaborate with audiologists, radiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, oncologists, and other specialistsProvide consultations and second opinions for complex ENT casesCounsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and expected outcomesMaintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and facility policiesParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and teaching activities where applicableRequirementsQualificationsMedical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institutionRecognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT, in accordance with applicable UAE licensing requirementsAdditional fellowship or advanced training in a relevant ENT subspecialty is highly desirableEligible for or holding a valid DHA Consultant license/eligibility in the relevant specialtyDemonstrated experience in ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgical proceduresStrong clinical, diagnostic, surgical, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamCommitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional developmentBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageProfessional working environment in DubaiOpportunities to work with a multidisciplinary healthcare teamAccess to modern surgical facilities and diagnostic resourcesOpportunities for professional growth and development
