The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across different age groups, with strong expertise in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and primary care.Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and family medicine care to patients of all age groupsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsConduct routine health assessments, preventive screenings, and wellness consultationsDevelop individualized treatment and long-term care plansManage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and respiratory disordersProvide preventive healthcare, lifestyle counselling, and health educationPerform appropriate minor procedures and clinical interventions within scope of practiceCoordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists when requiredMaintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of careParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical quality initiativesSupport patient education, disease prevention, and health-promotion programsMaintain high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and evidence-based practiceRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in Family MedicineBoard certification or equivalent recognized specialist/consultant qualificationMinimum 5-10 years of post-specialization experience in Family MedicineStrong experience in comprehensive primary care and preventive medicineExperience managing patients with multiple chronic and acute conditionsEligible for DHA Consultant classification/license in DubaiExcellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and attractive benefits packageMedical insuranceAnnual paid leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and facility policyProfessional development and CME opportunitiesModern multidisciplinary healthcare environmentLicensing assistance available for eligible candidates
