Concept & Positioning ReviewEvaluate the proposed hospitality concept and target market.Assess whether the concept and positioning are commercially viable.Provide recommendations regarding room mix, facilities, services and positioning.3. Revenue & Financial ModellingDevelop realistic revenue projections based on occupancy, ADR, seasonality and other revenue streams.Prepare detailed operating cost projections.Develop monthly and annual P&L projections.Create financial models covering different business scenarios.4. CAPEX & Investment AssessmentReview estimated development and renovation CAPEX.Assess initial investment requirements.Evaluate operating expenses and potential additional capital requirements.Identify key cost assumptions and financial risks.5. ROI & Payback AnalysisCalculate projected ROI and investment returns.Determine expected payback period.Analyse project profitability and cash flow.Determine the minimum performance required to achieve the targeted return.6.
