Consultant - Government, Risk and Compliance (GRC)

Abu Dhabi | 3-Month Contract | Onsite (5 Days per Week)We're supporting an established investment holding group in Abu Dhabi in the search for anInterim Assistant Manager – GRC to join the team on a 3-month contract. This is a hands-on opportunity to support the Governance & Compliance function across multiple operational subsidiaries.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport governance and compliance activities across multiple entities.Draft and update policies, procedures, governance documents, and SOPs.Assist with compliance obligation mapping and compliance registers.Coordinate with external consultants and liaise with Internal Audit.Support governance frameworks, compliance programmes, and Delegation of Authority (DOA) documentation.About You5–6 years' Governance, Risk & Compliance experience.Strong governance and compliance background with exposure to risk advisory or ERM from a governance perspective.Proven policy and procedure drafting experience.Experience with compliance registers and obligation mapping.Strong stakeholder management, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Able to work independently in a multi-entity environment.PreferredBig 4 or consulting background.Experience across group companies or operational subsidiaries.Exposure to compliance programmes or governance framework development.Start: ASAPIf you're a governance and compliance professional looking to make an immediate impact in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
