It's about helping financial institutions navigate change, solve complex regulatory challenges and create lasting value.Founded in Luxembourg, ANTEA partners with leading banks, asset managers, insurance companies and financial institutions on strategic engagements covering Regulatory Compliance, Business Transformation, Risk Management, Data & Digital Transformation and Project Management.As an independent consulting boutique, we offer something different: direct client exposure, entrepreneurial spirit, genuine ownership and the opportunity to help shape both our clients' transformation and our own growth.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant in Business Analysis to join our team.What You'll DoBusiness Analysts play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions.Your assignments may include:✔ Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.✔ Mapping and redesigning business processes to improve efficiency.✔ Preparing functional specifications and user stories.✔ Supporting solution design in collaboration with Business and IT teams.✔ Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.✔ Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supporting implementation.✔ Managing change requests and ensuring solution alignment with business objectives.✔ Contributing to transformation programmes across Banking, Asset Management and Insurance.Who You AreYou enjoy understanding business challenges and translating them into practical, value-adding solutions.Ideally, you bring:✔ Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or Information Systems.✔ At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant.✔ Experience with business process modelling and requirements management.✔ Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.✔ Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.✔ Ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.✔ Professional proficiency in English.
