It's about helping financial institutions navigate change, solve complex regulatory challenges and create lasting value.Founded in Luxembourg, ANTEA partners with leading banks, asset managers, insurance companies and financial institutions on strategic engagements covering Regulatory Compliance, Business Transformation, Risk Management, Data & Digital Transformation and Project Management.As an independent consulting boutique, we offer something different: direct client exposure, entrepreneurial spirit, genuine ownership and the opportunity to help shape both our clients' transformation and our own growth.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant in Financial Services to join our team.What You'll DoYou will support financial institutions in delivering strategic initiatives and solving complex business challenges.Your assignments may include:✔ Leading or contributing to transformation programmes across Banking, Asset Management and Insurance.✔ Conducting business and regulatory analyses to identify improvement opportunities.✔ Supporting the design and implementation of target operating models.✔ Coordinating projects involving Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance and IT teams.✔ Producing high-quality analyses, presentations and executive deliverables.✔ Facilitating workshops and supporting decision-making processes.✔ Driving operational excellence and process optimisation initiatives.✔ Contributing to ANTEA's development through knowledge sharing, thought leadership and new service offerings.Who You AreYou enjoy solving business problems, working with clients and delivering tangible results.Ideally, you bring:✔ Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.✔ At least 3 years of experience in Consulting or Financial Services.✔ Exposure to Banking, Asset Management, Insurance or Investment Funds.✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.✔ Professional proficiency in English.
