It's about helping financial institutions navigate change, solve complex business challenges and create lasting value.Founded in Luxembourg, ANTEA partners with leading banks, asset managers, insurance companies and financial institutions on strategic engagements covering Business Transformation, Project Management, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Data & Digital Transformation.As an independent consulting boutique, we offer something different: direct client exposure, entrepreneurial spirit, genuine ownership and the opportunity to help shape both our clients' transformation—and our own growth.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant – Project Management to join our team.What You'll DoAs a Project Management Consultant, you will help our clients successfully deliver strategic initiatives across the financial services industry.Your assignments may include:✔ Leading or supporting complex business and regulatory transformation programmes.✔ Coordinating cross-functional projects involving Business, Operations, IT, Risk and Compliance teams.✔ Structuring projects, defining governance and ensuring effective planning and execution.✔ Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.✔ Facilitating steering committees, workshops and decision-making processes.✔ Producing high-quality project documentation, reporting and executive presentations.✔ Supporting business analysis activities, process optimisation and change management initiatives.✔ Contributing to ANTEA's growth through knowledge sharing, methodology development and new service offerings.Who You AreYou enjoy bringing structure to complexity and turning strategic ambitions into tangible results.You are recognised for your organisational skills, your ability to engage stakeholders and your pragmatic approach to delivering change.Ideally, you bring:✔ A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.✔ At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis or Consulting within Financial Services.✔ Experience delivering transformation, regulatory or operational projects in Banking, Asset Management, Insurance or Investment Funds.✔ Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid.✔ Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.✔ Professional proficiency in English.
