The successful candidate will provide expert care to critically ill patients, lead intensive care management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage critically ill patients with complex medical and surgical conditionsOversee the care of patients in the intensive care unit, including those requiring advanced life supportManage respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, ARDS, and other critical care emergenciesLead and coordinate multidisciplinary ICU rounds and treatment planningOversee mechanical ventilation, non-invasive ventilation, and other advanced organ-support therapiesPerform or supervise relevant critical care procedures, where qualifiedMonitor patient progress, manage complications, and coordinate transitions of careCollaborate with emergency medicine, surgery, anesthesia, and other specialist teamsMaintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocolsContribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practiceRequirementsQualificationsMedical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Critical Care Medicine, Intensive Care Medicine, Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, or a relevant specialtyValid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain oneRelevant post-specialization clinical experience at Consultant levelStrong knowledge of critical care protocols, advanced life support, and ICU managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageProfessional and collaborative working environmentOpportunities for career development and continuing medical educationSupportive multidisciplinary clinical team
