JOIN VICTOR HOSPITAL, MADGAON, GOAConsultant – Internal Medicine & Critical CareFull-Time | On-Site | South GoaVictor Hospital, Madgaon, Goa, is a 150-bed, well-established multidisciplinary super-specialty hospital offering a comprehensive range of medical and critical care services.Our facilities include:In-house MRI and CTHigh-end diagnostic laboratoryBlood Bank & Component Lab26-bed fully equipped ICU & PICU5 satellite clinicsA multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive patient careThe RoleWe are looking for a Consultant in Internal Medicine & Critical Care to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, with a key focus on the diagnosis and management of adult medical conditions and critically ill patients.The role will include:Comprehensive clinical assessment and management of adult medical patientsDiagnosis, treatment and follow-up of a broad range of medical conditionsManagement and stabilisation of emergency and critically ill patientsOrdering and interpretation of diagnostic investigationsClinical rounds and coordination of multidisciplinary patient careSupervision of ICU and step-down/high-dependency unitsDevelopment and implementation of evidence-based clinical protocolsEnsuring adherence to quality, safety and infection-control standardsTraining and mentoring junior doctors, residents and clinical staffParticipation in clinical audits and hospital committeesQualificationsMBBS with MD/DNB in Internal Medicine or equivalent recognised qualificationFormal training/fellowship in Critical Care Medicine preferredStrong clinical expertise in Internal Medicine with the ability to manage a broad spectrum of adult medical conditionsAdvanced skills in Critical Care and Emergency MedicineAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamExperience in training and mentoring junior doctors and clinical staffValid medical registration and eligibility to practice in GoaPreferred: 5+ years of experienceFreshers with the appropriate qualifications and a strong interest in Internal Medicine & Critical Care are also encouraged to applyWhy Victor Hospital?Join a hospital where you can build your career, broaden your clinical experience, and make a meaningful difference to patients and their families.
