The core medical team includes highly qualified professionals from premier institutions such as AIIMS, Maulana Azad Medical College, CMC Vellore, and the University of Minnesota, ensuring strong clinical expertise and standards.Role Description The Consultant M.D Pathologist will work full time on-site in Gurugram, providing expert diagnostic and consultative services to support preventive and routine healthcare programs. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting laboratory reports, validating test results, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with clinicians, health managers, and laboratory staff to optimize diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes, as well as participating in protocol development and continuous quality improvement initiatives. The Consultant M.D Pathologist may also contribute to training, mentoring, and process enhancement within the pathology and diagnostic teams.Qualifications Possession of an M.D in Pathology from a recognized institution, with valid registration from the relevant medical council.Strong diagnostic skills in hematology, clinical pathology, cytology, and histopathology, with the ability to correlate laboratory findings with clinical information.Experience in managing laboratory workflows, adhering to quality assurance protocols, and maintaining compliance with NABL or equivalent standards.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians, laboratory technicians, and health managers, with clear and precise communication skills.Comfort working within a preventive and wellness-focused healthcare model, including home-based sample collection and customer-centric services.Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and digital reporting tools; familiarity with teleconsultation practices is an advantage.Prior experience in a high-volume diagnostic or wellness organization is preferred, along with a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
