Our consultants collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to drive diagnostic accuracy, patient outcomes, and scalable care delivery across urban and semi-urban health hubs in India.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead clinical evaluation and diagnosis of complex internal medicine cases, including cardio-metabolic, respiratory, and gastroenterological conditions.Prescribe, monitor, and adjust therapeutic regimens aligned with national and global guidelines (NICE, ESC, ATS, etc.).Collaborate with diagnostic labs, radiology, and allied health specialists to ensure integrated patient management.Deliver clinical teaching, mentor junior residents, and participate in QI-driven case reviews and audits.Document patient care using structured EMR systems and ensure compliance with NABH and HIPAA-aligned data governance.Participate in outreach programs, preventive health campaigns, and chronic disease management initiatives.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMD/DNB Medicine (recognized by NMC)Experience in inpatient and outpatient internal medicine managementProficiency in evidence-based clinical decision-makingFamiliarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Practo, Apollo EMR, Cerner)Knowledge of NABH and clinical audit standardsAbility to manage high-volume clinical workflows with accuracyPreferredExperience in telemedicine or digital health platformsPublic health or chronic disease program exposureTraining in clinical research or trials (optional but valued)Benefits & Culture HighlightsWork in a values-driven, outcomes-focused clinical environment with autonomy and support.Access to continuing medical education, specialist peer networks, and digital health tools.Opportunity to shape care pathways and contribute to scalable, tech-enabled healthcare delivery.Skills: allied health,health,medicine,management,access,dnb,nabh
