Consultant Medical Oncologist

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Consultant Medical Oncologist to join a reputed healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing various types of cancer, delivering advanced oncology treatments, and providing comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with various types of solid tumors and other malignancies within the scope of practice.Develop and implement personalized cancer treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy.Provide expert consultation on complex oncology cases and advanced cancer management.Monitor treatment outcomes, manage adverse effects, and modify therapeutic strategies as required.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists.Lead and participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Provide supportive and palliative oncology care, including symptom management.Ensure adherence to international oncology guidelines, patient safety standards, and evidence-based clinical practices.Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.Mentor junior physicians and support clinical education within the oncology department.Qualifications & RequirementsMBBS / MD or equivalent medical qualification from a recognized institution.Recognized postgraduate specialization in Medical Oncology.Board Certification or equivalent specialist qualification in Medical Oncology.Minimum 5+ years of relevant post-specialization clinical experience.Strong expertise in systemic anticancer therapies and complex oncology case management.Excellent leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.How to ApplyInterested candidates are encouraged to share their updated CV for consideration.
