We're Hiring | Consultant Nephrologist📍 Location: Dubai💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Nephrologist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide specialized care for patients with kidney and renal-related conditions and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.Key Responsibilities Diagnose, evaluate, and manage patients with acute and chronic kidney diseasesProvide consultation and treatment for complex renal conditionsManage patients with hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and renal complicationsAssess and manage patients requiring dialysis and other renal replacement therapiesMonitor patients before, during, and after dialysis where applicableCoordinate care with urologists, transplant teams, intensivists, surgeons, and other specialistsDevelop individualized treatment plans and monitor clinical outcomesParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussionsProvide patient and family education regarding renal conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modificationsMaintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standardsParticipate in quality-improvement, clinical audit, and continuing medical education activitiesRequirementsQualificationsMedical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institutionRecognized postgraduate qualification in Nephrology or an equivalent specialtyRelevant post-specialization clinical experience as required under UAE PQR guidelinesValid professional license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain DHA licensing in DubaiStrong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skillsExperience managing complex renal and dialysis patientsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamBenefitsCompetitive salary packageFull-time consultant position in DubaiProfessional and multidisciplinary working environmentOpportunities for career development and professional growthSupport with the UAE licensing process, where applicable
