The Bridge Recruitment LLC is recruiting an experienced Consultant Neuroradiologist on behalf of a leading diagnostic-imaging organization in Saudi Arabia.This opportunity is intended for a consultant-level physician with advanced expertise in diagnostic neuroradiology who is willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide specialist interpretation of neurological imaging, collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams and contribute to the delivery and advancement of high-quality neuroradiology services.COMPENSATION• Basic salary: SAR 40,000–85,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience• Housing allowance: 25% of basic salary• Transportation allowance: 10% of basic salary• Total fixed monthly compensation: SAR 54,000–114,750• Uncapped productivity incentives based on established KPIs and individual performance• Saudi Arabia generally does not impose personal income tax on employment income; candidates should obtain independent advice regarding any obligations in their country of tax residenceBENEFITS• Medical insurance for the consultant and eligible dependants• Annual airfare for the consultant, spouse and up to two sponsored children• Education allowance of SAR 20,000 per child for up to two eligible children between the ages of 4 and 18• Employer-paid work-permit fees• Employer-paid Iqama renewal fees for the consultant and eligible dependants• Employer-paid eligible dependent government fees• Employer-paid medical malpractice insurance• 21 working days of annual leave, excluding weekends• 12 official holidays annually, including Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Saudi National Day and Founding DayWORK ARRANGEMENT• Full-time employment• 100% on-site position• Relocation to Saudi Arabia is required• remote work can be done from inside Saudi ArabiaKEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Interpret CT, MRI and other advanced diagnostic imaging examinations involving the brain, spine, head and neck, and neurovascular system• Provide accurate, timely and comprehensive neuroradiology reports• Evaluate complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions, including stroke, tumors, trauma, vascular abnormalities, infections, congenital disorders and neurodegenerative diseases• Participate in relevant multidisciplinary team meetings and provide specialist imaging opinions• Communicate urgent and clinically significant findings to the appropriate medical teams• Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, oncologists, emergency physicians and other specialists• Support the development and optimization of neuroradiology imaging protocols• Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality and regulatory compliance• Participate in quality-improvement, peer-review and clinical-governance activities• Contribute to the education and supervision of physicians, trainees and other clinical staff when required• Meet agreed productivity, quality and performance expectations• Maintain continuing professional development and all required professional registrationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Medical degree from a recognized institution• Completed specialist training in diagnostic radiology• Recognized board certification or equivalent qualification in radiology• Formal fellowship, advanced training or recognized subspecialty qualification in neuroradiology• Current and unrestricted medical registration or license in the candidate’s country of practice• Consultant-level neuroradiology experience• Eligibility for professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties• Demonstrated experience interpreting advanced CT and MRI neuroimaging• Strong written and spoken English• Effective clinical communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills• Willingness and ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work fully on-siteDESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS• FRCR, American Board, Canadian Board, European Board or another recognized international specialist qualification• European Qualification in Neuroradiology or comparable neuroradiology certification• Experience at a tertiary, academic or specialist neuroscience center• Expertise in one or more areas such as stroke imaging, neuro-oncology, paediatric neuroradiology, head and neck imaging, neurovascular imaging or advanced MRI techniques• Experience in teaching, research, clinical leadership or multidisciplinary case review• Previous professional experience in Saudi Arabia or another
