The successful candidate will provide advanced neurosurgical care, utilizing evidence-based practices and modern surgical techniques within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.The successful candidate will join a progressive healthcare setting committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred neurosurgical services.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of neurological and neurosurgical conditionsPerform complex cranial and spinal neurosurgical proceduresManage brain tumours, vascular disorders, trauma, and degenerative spinal conditionsProvide comprehensive pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient careDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and evidence-based practiceCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesParticipate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiativesSupport medical education, teaching, and departmental developmentQualificationsBoard certification in NeurosurgeryRecognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, or an equivalent recognised qualificationMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in NeurosurgeryEligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAPRequired SkillsComprehensive experience in NeurosurgeryExpertise in cranial and spinal surgeryStrong surgical and clinical decision-making skillsExperience managing complex neurosurgical casesExcellent communication and patient-care skillsStrong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality improvementCompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, surgical expertise, and experience.
