About the CompanyStafmed is currently recruiting a highly experienced Consultant Female OBGYN for an exciting full-time position with a leading hospital in the UAE.About the RoleWe are seeking a distinguished Consultant Female Obstetrician & Gynecologist with strong expertise in providing comprehensive women’s healthcare services, including obstetrics, gynecology, and management of complex female reproductive health conditions.The successful candidate will join a progressive clinical environment equipped to deliver advanced, patient-centred women’s health services.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care for female patientsManage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal careDiagnose and treat a wide range of gynecological conditionsPerform gynecological procedures and surgeries as requiredManage high-risk pregnancies and complex obstetric casesProvide care for reproductive health, menstrual disorders, and hormonal conditionsDevelop personalised, evidence-based treatment plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesParticipate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiativesSupport departmental education, teaching, and service developmentQualificationsBoard certification in Obstetrics and GynecologyRecognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, or an equivalent recognised qualificationMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in Obstetrics and GynecologyEligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAPRequired SkillsComprehensive experience in Obstetrics and GynecologyExpertise in managing normal and high-risk pregnanciesStrong surgical and clinical decision-making capabilitiesExperience managing complex gynecological casesExcellent communication and patient-centred care skillsStrong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and service qualityCompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, clinical expertise, and experience.
