This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients, supporting employee wellbeing, workplace health, and organisational performance.We welcome applications from experienced Occupational Health Specialists looking to progress their careers in a modern and supportive clinical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert Occupational Health assessments and clinical advice to employers and employees.Conduct fitness-for-work assessments and advise on workplace adjustments.Manage complex occupational health cases, sickness absence reviews, and return-to-work programmes.Deliver evidence-based guidance on workplace health, wellbeing, and risk management.Assess occupational exposures and their impact on employee health.Support health surveillance programmes and pre-employment medical assessments.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, HR departments, and management stakeholders.Contribute to clinical governance, service development, and quality improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and regulatory requirements.Promote workplace health strategies aimed at improving employee wellbeing and productivity.RequirementsSpecialist Registration in Occupational Medicine.MFOM (Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine).FFOM (Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine).LFOM (Licentiate of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine). Substantial experience in Occupational Medicine.Strong understanding of workplace health legislation and best practices.Experience conducting fitness-for-work assessments and occupational health evaluations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage complex clinical cases and provide practical workplace health solutions.Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.Desirable ExperiencePublic sector Occupational Health experience.Corporate or private Occupational Health experience.Experience supporting large-scale employee wellbeing programmes.Leadership, service development, or clinical governance experience.Experience supervising or mentoring junior Occupational Health professionals.What We OfferOpportunities throughout Ireland.Excellent work-life balance.Supportive multidisciplinary teams.Professional development and continuing medical education opportunities.Leadership and career progression pathways.
