The successful candidate will provide comprehensive oncology care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, treatment delivery, and follow-up for patients with a range of cancer conditions.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations, clinical assessments, and cancer evaluationsDevelop individualized, evidence-based oncology treatment plansManage patients undergoing systemic cancer treatments, including chemotherapy and other appropriate therapies within the physician's scope of practiceMonitor treatment response, side effects, and overall patient progressCoordinate multidisciplinary cancer care with surgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialistsProvide supportive and palliative care when appropriateDiscuss diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and follow-up plans with patients and their familiesMaintain accurate and confidential medical recordsParticipate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical meetings where requiredFollow UAE healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and hospital policiesRequirementsQualificationsMedical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent)Recognized postgraduate qualification in Medical Oncology / Clinical Oncology or a relevant specialtyConsultant-level qualification and relevant clinical experience in accordance with UAE licensing requirementsValid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License is preferredStrong clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skillsExperience managing a broad range of oncology cases in a hospital or specialized cancer-care settingBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageProfessional working environment in DubaiOpportunities for career development and long-term growthDetailed employment benefits will be shared with shortlisted candidates by the hospital HR team
