The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the diagnosis and comprehensive management of adult cancer patients and will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized, evidence-based oncology care.Key Responsibilities Provide specialist consultation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients with a wide range of cancersDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment, pathology, imaging, and molecular/biomarker information where applicableManage systemic anti-cancer therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal therapy within the physician's scope of practiceMonitor treatment response, manage treatment-related adverse effects, and adjust therapy as clinically indicatedParticipate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialistsProvide cancer surveillance, follow-up, and survivorship careCommunicate diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and supportive-care plans clearly with patients and their familiesCoordinate referrals and supportive services including palliative and symptom-management care when appropriateMaintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical governance and patient-safety standardsContribute to clinical audits, quality improvement, research, and continuing medical education activitiesSupport the development and implementation of evidence-based oncology protocols and clinical pathwaysRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in Medical Oncology / Clinical OncologyBoard certification or equivalent recognized specialist/consultant qualificationMinimum 5-10 years of post-specialization experience in Medical OncologyStrong clinical experience in the management of adult oncology patientsExperience with systemic cancer therapies, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and endocrine therapyExperience working within multidisciplinary oncology teamsEligible for DHA Consultant classification/license in DubaiExcellent clinical, communication, and patient-management skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and attractive benefits package.Medical insurance.Annual paid leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and facility policy.Professional development and CME opportunities.Modern multidisciplinary oncology environment.Licensing assistance available for eligible candidates.
