About the CompanyStafmed is recruiting an exceptional Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon for a senior full-time opportunity with a leading hospital in the UAE.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly accomplished breast surgeon with advanced expertise in breast oncology, breast-conserving surgery and oncoplastic reconstructive techniques.The successful candidate will join a sophisticated multidisciplinary breast service and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class surgical and patient-centred care.ResponsibilitiesAssess and manage benign and malignant breast conditionsPerform breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy and oncoplastic proceduresUndertake complex reconstructive and symmetry procedures where appropriateParticipate in multidisciplinary breast cancer meetingsCollaborate closely with oncology, radiology, pathology, plastic surgery and genetic servicesDevelop personalised surgical treatment plansSupport breast screening, early detection and survivorship programmesContribute to clinical governance, audit, teaching and service developmentQualificationsBoard certification in General Surgery with recognised subspecialty training in Breast or Oncoplastic SurgeryRecognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST or an equivalent recognised qualificationMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in breast and oncoplastic surgeryEligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH or MOHAPRequired SkillsAdvanced breast oncology and oncoplastic surgical expertiseStrong experience in complex breast-conserving proceduresExcellent surgical judgement and technical capabilityProven multidisciplinary leadership and communication skillsStrong commitment to patient-centred cancer careCompensationA premium tax-free compensation package will be offered based on qualifications, surgical expertise, and experience.
