Team members benefit from a collaborative environment that supports professional growth and the adoption of best international standards in healthcare.Role Description The Consultant Otolaryngologist (Head and Neck) will provide specialized diagnosis and treatment for conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and head and neck region. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinics, performing inpatient ward rounds, interpreting diagnostic tests, and performing surgical procedures in line with evidence-based practice. The consultant will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in clinical case discussions, and contribute to treatment planning and continuity of care. Additional duties include supervising junior medical staff, contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement activities, and participating in patient and family education. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia.Qualifications Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT), with recognized subspecialty training or significant experience in Head and Neck surgery.Valid medical license (or eligibility for licensure) to practice as a consultant in Saudi Arabia, including compliance with local regulatory and credentialing requirements.Demonstrated clinical expertise in outpatient and inpatient ENT care, including assessment, diagnosis, medical management, and surgical interventions for complex head and neck conditions.Strong skills in teamwork, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and colleagues.Commitment to patient safety, clinical governance, and participation in audits, continuing medical education, and quality improvement initiatives.Ability to supervise, mentor, and teach junior doctors and other healthcare professionals, fostering a supportive learning environment.Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records, using hospital information systems, and adhering to ethical and professional standards of care.Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Previous experience working in a hospital group or integrated healthcare network is beneficial.
