Consultant – Paediatric ENT (Otolaryngology)Location: UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Healthcare — Paediatrics / ENTReference: BU-2026-060Role OverviewThe Consultant Paediatric ENT surgeon will deliver specialist otolaryngology surgical and clinical care for children.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform paediatric ENT surgery (airway, otology, adenotonsillar, head & neck).Manage complex airway and hearing disorders within an MDT.Run paediatric ENT clinics and perioperative pathways.Ensure surgical governance and outcome tracking.Requirements — Must HaveCertificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or equivalent board certification in the specialty/sub-specialty.Current specialist/consultant registration in a Tier-1 country: UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA or Western Europe (e.g. Germany, Sweden).DOH (Abu Dhabi) / DHA (Dubai) / MOH (UAE) Consultant license, or eligibility to obtain one.Primary medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) plus recognised postgraduate specialty qualification and sub-specialty fellowship/CCT.Minimum 5 years' post-CCT/board experience at Consultant/Specialist level in the sub-specialty.Proven record of independent, consultant-level clinical practice; fluency in English (Arabic an advantage).Requirements — Nice to HaveCurrently based and practising in a Tier-1 country (strong preference).Experience in a JCI-accredited hospital.Research/publication record and relevant sub-specialty procedural certifications.What’s on OfferOpen budget — AED 80,000 – 110,000+ per month (indicative; confirmed by Business Umbrella Group before interview).Visa sponsorship: hospital-sponsored employment visa (self + eligible dependents).Medical insurance and annual leave as per hospital consultant contract.Relocation support and licensing assistance (DataFlow, PSV, DOH/DHA/MOH) coordinated by Business Umbrella Group.How to ApplySend CV to: careers@business-umbrella.com | WhatsApp: +971 55 442 6831Business Umbrella Group is an equal-opportunity recruiter.
