Albadr Medical Group supports professional development, clinical excellence, and ethical practice for all healthcare professionals joining its organization.Role Description The Consultant Pediatric Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of oral health conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine examinations, preventive treatments, restorative procedures, and minor oral surgery, while ensuring a calm, child-friendly environment. The role involves collaborating with other medical and dental professionals, educating parents and caregivers on pediatric oral hygiene, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with local regulations and clinical guidelines. The Consultant Pediatric Dentist will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and case discussions to support best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mecca.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Dentistry, with the ability to integrate overall health considerations into dental treatment plans.Specialized skills in Pediatric Dentistry, including behavior management, preventive care, and treatment of dental conditions specific to children and adolescents.Competence in Oral Surgery and Dental Care procedures such as extractions, minor surgical interventions, and restorative treatments.Recognized dental degree and formal specialization in Pediatric Dentistry (board certification or equivalent is highly preferred).Valid professional license or eligibility for licensure to practice as a Consultant Pediatric Dentist in the relevant jurisdiction.Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Commitment to ethical practice, infection control standards, and continuous professional development.Experience in hospital or group practice settings and familiarity with electronic medical records are advantageous.
