New joiners can expect structured support, modern facilities, and opportunities to contribute to service development.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Consultant or Specialist Pediatric Dentist based in Mecca. The role involves providing comprehensive dental care for infants, children, and adolescents, including diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive care, and restorative procedures tailored to pediatric patients. The Pediatric Dentist will perform clinical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and manage dental emergencies in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities include counseling patients and families on oral hygiene, growth and development, dietary habits, and preventive strategies, while ensuring a calm, supportive environment. The role also includes maintaining detailed clinical records, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and supporting training and knowledge sharing within the clinical team.Qualifications Clinical expertise in Medicine relevant to pediatric dentistry, with strong diagnostic and patient-management skills.Ability to collaborate and work effectively with Physicians and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary setting.Experience in Emergency Medicine or managing urgent dental and oral health conditions in children.Background in Cardiology or awareness of cardiac considerations in pediatric patients is an advantage, particularly for medically complex cases.Experience in Training, mentoring, or teaching junior clinicians, dental staff, or students is beneficial.Recognized specialty qualification in Pediatric Dentistry (Board certification or equivalent) and valid license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.Strong communication skills in en_US and Arabic are preferred, with the ability to explain clinical information clearly to children and caregivers.Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, infection control standards, and continuous professional development.Ability to work full time on-site in Mecca, with flexibility to respond to peak service demands and emergency cases.
