We're Hiring | Consultant Pediatric ENT📍 Location: Dubai💼 Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Consultant Pediatric ENT Specialist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive otolaryngology care to infants, children, and adolescents, with expertise in diagnosing and managing pediatric ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck conditions.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage pediatric ENT conditions in infants, children, and adolescentsConduct comprehensive consultations and clinical examinations for pediatric patientsManage common and complex conditions, including recurrent ear infections, hearing disorders, tonsillar and adenoid disease, nasal obstruction, and congenital ENT conditionsPerform appropriate pediatric ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practiceEvaluate and manage pediatric airway, sleep-disordered breathing, and swallowing-related conditionsAssess and manage pediatric hearing and speech-related ENT concerns in collaboration with audiology and speech therapy teamsProvide preoperative and postoperative care for pediatric ENT patientsCollaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, audiologists, speech therapists, anesthesiologists, and other specialistsCounsel parents and caregivers regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, risks, and expected outcomesMaintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and facility policiesParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and teaching activities where applicableRequirementsQualificationsMedical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institutionRecognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT, in accordance with applicable UAE licensing requirementsAdditional fellowship or advanced training in Pediatric Otolaryngology is highly desirableEligible for or holding a valid DHA Consultant license/eligibility in the relevant specialtyDemonstrated experience in pediatric ENT diagnosis, treatment, and surgical proceduresStrong clinical, diagnostic, surgical, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with children and their familiesAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamCommitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous professional developmentBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageProfessional working environment in DubaiOpportunities to work with a multidisciplinary healthcare teamAccess to modern clinical facilities and diagnostic resourcesOpportunities for professional growth and development
