About the CompanyStafmed is currently recruiting a highly experienced Consultant Pediatric ENT Surgeon for an exciting full-time position with a leading hospital in the UAE.About the RoleWe are seeking a distinguished Consultant Pediatric ENT Surgeon with extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing complex ear, nose, and throat conditions in pediatric patients. The successful candidate will provide advanced surgical and clinical care, utilizing evidence-based practices and modern ENT techniques within a multidisciplinary pediatric healthcare environment.The successful candidate will join a progressive healthcare setting committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred pediatric ENT services.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric ear, nose, and throat disordersPerform advanced pediatric ENT surgical procedures, including airway, otologic, and sinonasal surgeriesManage congenital ENT conditions, hearing disorders, airway problems, and complex pediatric casesProvide comprehensive pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient careDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and evidence-based practiceCollaborate with pediatricians, audiologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesParticipate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiativesSupport medical education, teaching, and departmental developmentQualificationsBoard certification in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (ENT)Recognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, or an equivalent recognised qualificationFellowship or advanced training in Pediatric ENT is preferredMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in Pediatric ENTEligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAPRequired SkillsComprehensive experience in Pediatric OtolaryngologyExpertise in pediatric airway, otology, and sinonasal proceduresStrong surgical and clinical decision-making skillsExperience managing complex pediatric ENT casesExcellent communication and patient-care skills with children and familiesStrong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality improvementCompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, surgical expertise, and experience.
