About the CompanyStafmed is currently recruiting a highly experienced Consultant Pediatric ENT Surgeon for an exciting full-time position with a leading hospital in the United Arab Emirates.About the RoleWe are seeking a distinguished Consultant Pediatric ENT Surgeon with strong expertise in the diagnosis and surgical management of ear, nose, and throat conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents.The successful candidate will join a progressive clinical environment focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centred pediatric ENT services, including both medical and surgical care.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric ear, nose, and throat conditionsPerform pediatric ENT surgical procedures within the scope of expertiseManage common and complex pediatric airway and respiratory conditionsAssess and treat recurrent ear infections, hearing disorders, and chronic ENT conditionsManage tonsillar and adenoid disorders, including tonsillectomy and adenoidectomyEvaluate and manage pediatric nasal and sinus disordersDiagnose and manage congenital and acquired ENT conditions in childrenAssess and manage pediatric sleep-disordered breathing and obstructive sleep apneaPerform appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic ENT proceduresProvide pre-operative and post-operative careDevelop personalised, evidence-based treatment plansCollaborate with pediatricians, anesthetists, audiologists, speech therapists, and other multidisciplinary specialistsParticipate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiativesSupport departmental education, teaching, and service developmentQualificationsBoard certification in Otolaryngology / ENT with fellowship or subspecialty training in Pediatric ENT preferredRecognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, or an equivalent recognised qualificationMinimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in Pediatric ENTSignificant experience in pediatric ENT surgery and clinical managementExperience managing complex pediatric ENT and airway conditionsEligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAPRequired SkillsComprehensive experience in Pediatric OtolaryngologyExpertise in pediatric ENT diagnosis and surgical managementPediatric airway managementTonsillectomy and adenoidectomyPediatric ear and hearing disordersPediatric nasal and sinus conditionsManagement of sleep-disordered breathing and obstructive sleep apneaStrong diagnostic and clinical decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication and family-centred patient care skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary pediatric teamStrong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and service qualityCompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, clinical expertise, pediatric ENT experience, and professional background.
