The successful candidate will provide advanced clinical and procedural care, utilizing evidence-based practices and modern gastroenterology techniques within a multidisciplinary pediatric healthcare environment. The successful candidate will join a progressive healthcare setting committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred pediatric gastroenterology services.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric gastrointestinal, liver, and nutritional disordersPerform and interpret advanced pediatric gastroenterology procedures, including endoscopic evaluationsManage complex cases including inflammatory bowel disease, liver disorders, feeding disorders, and gastrointestinal conditionsProvide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient pediatric gastroenterology careDevelop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and evidence-based practiceLead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesParticipate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiativesSupport medical education, teaching, and departmental developmentQualificationsBoard certification in Pediatric GastroenterologyRecognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, or an equivalent recognised qualificationAmerican Board certification preferredMinimum 5 years of post-specialisation experience in Pediatric GastroenterologyDemonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or departmental settingEligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAPRequired SkillsComprehensive experience in Pediatric GastroenterologyExpertise in managing complex pediatric gastrointestinal and liver conditionsAdvanced pediatric endoscopy skillsStrong clinical leadership and decision-making abilitiesExperience in multidisciplinary pediatric careExcellent communication and patient-care skillsStrong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality improvementCompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, clinical expertise, leadership experience, and experience.
