About the CompanyStafmed is recruiting a highly specialised Consultant Pediatric Interventional Radiologist for an exceptional full-time opportunity with a leading hospital in the UAE.About the RoleThis is a rare opportunity for an accomplished Consultant Pediatric Interventional Radiologist to join a highly advanced paediatric service and perform complex, minimally invasive image-guided procedures for infants, children and adolescents.The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary environment supported by modern imaging technology, paediatric anaesthesia and specialist clinical teams.ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced paediatric image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic proceduresUndertake vascular and non-vascular interventional proceduresManage biopsies, drainages, vascular access, embolisation and other minimally invasive treatmentsReview complex paediatric imaging and advise referring clinical teamsCollaborate with paediatric surgery, oncology, hepatology, nephrology and intensive care teamsEnsure safe procedural planning, radiation protection and high-quality outcomesParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings, audit and clinical governanceContribute to teaching, training and service developmentQualificationsBoard certification in Radiology with recognised fellowship training in Pediatric Interventional RadiologyRecognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST or an equivalent recognised qualificationMinimum 3–5 years of post-fellowship or post-specialisation experienceEligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH or MOHAPRequired SkillsAdvanced paediatric interventional radiology expertiseStrong vascular and non-vascular procedural experienceExcellent knowledge of paediatric imaging, radiation safety and procedural planningAbility to manage complex, high-risk paediatric casesExceptional teamwork, clinical judgement and communication skillsCompensationA highly attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, procedural expertise and experience.
