The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in the diagnosis and surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents.Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assessment and management of pediatric orthopedic conditionsDiagnose and treat congenital, developmental, traumatic, and neuromuscular musculoskeletal disordersPerform pediatric orthopedic surgical procedures according to clinical expertise and patient needsManage pediatric fractures, sports injuries, limb deformities, and growth-related orthopedic conditionsEvaluate and treat clubfoot, hip dysplasia, limb-length discrepancy, and angular deformitiesManage pediatric cerebral palsy and other neuromuscular orthopedic conditionsPerform corrective procedures for congenital and acquired limb deformitiesProvide appropriate conservative management, including casting, bracing, and rehabilitation planningManage pediatric orthopedic trauma and acute musculoskeletal injuriesWork closely with pediatricians, physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, neurologists, and other multidisciplinary teamsProvide pre-operative counselling and post-operative follow-up for children and their familiesMaintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with patient-safety and clinical governance standardsParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement, teaching, and CME activitiesRequirementsQualificationsMBBS/MD or equivalent medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic SurgeryFellowship or advanced training in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery preferredBoard certification or equivalent recognized specialist/consultant qualificationMinimum 5-10 years of post-specialization experience, with significant pediatric orthopedic experienceStrong expertise in pediatric orthopedic diagnosis, surgical management, and trauma careExperience managing congenital deformities, developmental disorders, and pediatric musculoskeletal conditionsEligible for DHA Consultant classification/license in DubaiExcellent clinical, communication, and patient-management skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and attractive benefits packageMedical insuranceAnnual paid leave and other benefits as per UAE Labour Law and facility policyProfessional development and CME opportunitiesModern multidisciplinary pediatric healthcare environmentLicensing assistance available for eligible candidates
