Consultant Pediatrician

We are currently recruiting an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Pediatrician on behalf of our esteemed client, a well-established healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive, high-quality medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, while ensuring excellent patient care and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive pediatric consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.Assess and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.Monitor children’s growth, development, nutrition, and overall health.Manage common pediatric illnesses, infections, allergies, respiratory conditions, and other medical conditions.Provide preventive healthcare, including immunizations and routine health assessments.Identify developmental, behavioral, and nutritional concerns and provide appropriate management or referrals.Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic investigations.Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate them clearly to patients and their families.Provide appropriate emergency care and manage pediatric cases requiring urgent intervention.Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals when required.Educate parents and caregivers regarding treatment plans, medications, nutrition, preventive care, and child health.Participate in clinical quality improvement and maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.RequirementsMedical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics.Relevant experience as a Consultant/Specialist Pediatrician.Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to providing patient-centered and high-quality pediatric care.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Professional and supportive working environment.Opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Career development and professional growth opportunities.Interested candidates are invited to apply with their updated CV.
