Role & ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage complex medical cases across internal medicine specialties with emphasis on clinical decision-making and patient safety.Lead ward rounds, coordinate care with surgeons, specialists, and nursing staff, and ensure continuity of inpatient and outpatient treatment.Prescribe evidence-based treatment regimens, monitor therapeutic response, and adjust protocols based on evolving clinical data.Conduct consultations for referred patients, offering specialist opinions and co-managing chronic or multisystem conditions.Participate in hospital-wide CMEs, morbidity & mortality reviews, and protocol development to drive quality improvement initiatives.Mentor junior residents and medical officers, fostering a culture of clinical teaching, ethical practice, and continuous learning.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMD/DNB in MedicineRegistration with NMC (National Medical Commission)ACLS certificationExperience in managing medical emergenciesProficiency in clinical documentation systemsKnowledge of infection control protocolsPreferredExperience in critical care or ICU setupMembership in professional bodies (e.g., FICC, FIMSA)Teaching certification or prior academic roleBenefits & Culture HighlightsStructured career progression with leadership exposure and clinical autonomyAccess to continuous medical education, national and international conferencesFlexible work model with focus on work-life integration and team supportSkills: medicine,clinical excellence,dnb
