The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, excellent clinical judgment, and a patient-focused approach to delivering safe, high-quality surgical outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive consultations, assessments, and treatment plans for patients seeking plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic procedures.Perform a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures in accordance with established clinical standards.Evaluate patients’ medical history, physical condition, expectations, and suitability for surgical intervention.Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly explain procedures, risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomes.Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments and provide appropriate follow-up care.Manage surgical complications and ensure timely intervention when required.Collaborate with anesthesiologists, dermatologists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and comprehensive surgical documentation.Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and surgical quality standards.Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.Stay updated with the latest advancements, techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices in plastic and aesthetic surgery.Areas of ExpertiseDepending on the candidate's experience, responsibilities may include:Facial aesthetic surgeryRhinoplasty and facial contouringFacelift and neck lift proceduresBlepharoplastyBreast augmentation, reduction, and mastopexyBody contouring and abdominoplastyLiposuction and fat-transfer proceduresPost-bariatric body contouringScar revision and reconstructive proceduresTrauma and soft-tissue reconstructionNon-surgical aesthetic procedures and treatment planningRequirementsMedical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.Recognized specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery.Valid Consultant-level professional license or eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction.Significant post-specialization experience in plastic and aesthetic surgery.Proven experience performing a broad range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.Strong understanding of surgical safety, patient selection, and complication management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to ethical, patient-centered, and evidence-based medical practice.
