Patients benefit from private operating rooms, advanced equipment, and a hospitality-driven environment that prioritizes comfort and safety.Role Description The Consultant Plastic Surgeon will provide comprehensive plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical care within an advanced day surgical setting in Dubai. Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing elective and medically indicated plastic surgery procedures with a focus on minimally invasive techniques and rapid recovery. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues, participation in preoperative assessment and postoperative follow-up, and strict adherence to clinical governance, safety protocols, and documentation standards. The Consultant Plastic Surgeon will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support patient education, and uphold ELEMENTAL’s mission of delivering gentle, high-precision care. This is a full-time, on-site role based at ELEMENTAL Day Surgical Center in Dubai.Qualifications Board certification or equivalent specialist qualification in Plastic Surgery, with substantial experience in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.Proficiency in minimally invasive techniques, day surgery workflows, and evidence-based perioperative care.Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and development of personalized treatment plans.Commitment to safe practice, infection control standards, and meticulous clinical documentation.Excellent communication skills for counseling patients, managing expectations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, premium clinical environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach.Experience with or openness to AI-supported diagnostics and digital health tools is an advantage.Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in the region are beneficial.Previous practice in an international, private, or tertiary care setting is highly desirable.Eligibility for medical licensure as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in Dubai/UAE.
