The successful candidate will provide comprehensive surgical and clinical care in plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery, based on their area of expertise.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and pre-operative evaluationsPerform plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical procedures within the physician's scope of practiceDevelop individualized surgical and treatment plans based on patient needsProvide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-upManage surgical complications and coordinate specialist care when requiredMaintain accurate and confidential patient medical recordsProvide patients with clear information regarding procedures, risks, expected outcomes, and aftercareCollaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical teamsFollow UAE healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and hospital policiesRequirementsQualificationsMedical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent)Recognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic SurgeryConsultant-level qualification and relevant clinical experience in accordance with UAE licensing requirementsValid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License is preferredStrong surgical, clinical, communication, and patient-management skillsExperience in reconstructive and/or aesthetic plastic surgery appropriate to the positionBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageProfessional working environment in DubaiOpportunities for career development and long-term growthDetailed employment benefits will be shared by the hospital HR team with shortlisted candidates
