We are seeking an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, with strong clinical and surgical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgeryPerform aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures according to patient needsManage complex wounds, scars, soft-tissue injuries, and post-traumatic defectsPerform facial reconstruction, breast surgery, and body-contouring procedures as appropriateConduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plansProvide postoperative care and monitor patient recoveryManage surgical complications and ensure appropriate follow-upCounsel patients regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and recoveryCollaborate with dermatologists, oncologists, maxillofacial surgeons, and other specialistsMaintain accurate clinical records and surgical documentationRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMS/MCh/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Plastic SurgerySignificant post-specialization experience at Consultant levelStrong expertise in reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgeryExperience in advanced reconstructive procedures is an advantageExcellent surgical technique, clinical judgment, and decision-making skillsStrong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilitiesBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
