ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management of patients seeking aesthetic, cosmetic, and reconstructive plastic surgeryPerform a wide range of cosmetic surgical procedures, including rhinoplasty, facelift, blepharoplasty, liposuction, abdominoplasty, and body contouring, within authorized clinical privilegesPerform breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, and other aesthetic breast procedures, according to training and expertiseEvaluate and manage patients requiring reconstructive surgery following trauma, congenital conditions, or previous surgical proceduresConduct detailed aesthetic consultations, patient assessments, and individualized surgical planningPerform appropriate minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic treatments, where trained and authorizedUtilize advanced surgical techniques to achieve safe, natural-looking, and aesthetically balanced outcomesPerform comprehensive pre-operative evaluations, informed consent discussions, and post-operative follow-upIdentify and manage surgical complications, including infection, bleeding, wound-healing difficulties, and other postoperative concernsProvide appropriate scar management, revision surgery, and post-surgical aesthetic careMaintain high standards of patient confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional communicationEducate patients regarding cosmetic treatment options, realistic expectations, surgical risks, recovery, and long-term outcomesCollaborate with dermatologists, anesthesiologists, aesthetic physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionalsContribute to the development and expansion of premium cosmetic surgery services and aesthetic treatment programsBuild and maintain strong patient relationships through exceptional consultation and follow-up careSupervise and mentor junior physicians and surgical team membersMaintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with DHA regulations, surgical safety protocols, infection control, and clinical governance standardsParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, professional training, and CME activitiesRequirementsMBBS/MD or equivalent recognized medical degreeRecognized postgraduate qualification in Plastic Surgery / Plastic & Reconstructive SurgeryBoard certification or equivalent recognized consultant-level qualificationMinimum 5-10 years of relevant post-specialization experience in Plastic Surgery is preferredStrong surgical expertise in aesthetic plastic surgery, cosmetic procedures, and reconstructive techniquesDemonstrated experience performing procedures such as rhinoplasty, liposuction, abdominoplasty, breast surgery, and facial rejuvenationFellowship or advanced training in Aesthetic / Cosmetic Plastic Surgery is highly desirableProven ability to manage complex surgical cases and deliver high-quality aesthetic outcomesExperience working in premium cosmetic surgery clinics, aesthetic centers, or internationally accredited healthcare facilitiesEligible for DHA Consultant Plastic Surgery classification/license in Dubai, with appropriate aesthetic and surgical privileges, subject to applicable UAE PQR requirementsExcellent surgical judgment, communication, leadership, and
