We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing mental health conditions and providing comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and clinical evaluationsDiagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patients' clinical needsProvide medication management and monitor treatment outcomesManage complex and long-term psychiatric casesProvide crisis intervention and emergency psychiatric care when requiredDeliver psychotherapy where appropriate or coordinate psychological interventionsCollaborate with psychologists, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionalsCounsel patients and families regarding treatment options and ongoing careMaintain accurate and confidential clinical recordsParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiativesRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB/MRCPsych or equivalent postgraduate qualification in PsychiatrySignificant post-specialization experience at Consultant levelStrong experience managing complex psychiatric conditionsExcellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient-management skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary mental healthcare teamBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
