قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the CompanyStafmed is currently recruiting a highly experienced Consultant Pulmonologist & Intensivist for an exciting full-time position with a leading hospital in the UAE.About the RoleWe are seeking a distinguished Consultant Pulmonologist & Intensivist with extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing complex respiratory conditions and critically ill patients. The successful candidate will provide advanced pulmonary and intensive care services, utilizing evidence-based practices, advanced diagnostic tools, and multidisciplinary approaches to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.The successful candidate will join a progressive healthcare environment committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, and delivering comprehensive respiratory and critical care services.Responsibilities• Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute and chronic respiratory conditions• Provide comprehensive critical care management for critically ill patients in the ICU• Manage complex pulmonary cases, respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, and multi-organ dysfunction• Perform and oversee advanced respiratory and critical care procedures• Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced airway support• Provide pre-operative, peri-operative, and post-operative respiratory and critical care support• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and evidence-based guidelines• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including intensivists, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists• Participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives• Support medical education, training, and departmental developmentQualifications• Board certification in Pulmonology / Respiratory Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine or equivalent• Recognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, European Board, or equivalent recognised qualification• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in Pulmonology and Intensive Care Medicine• Eligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAPRequired Skills• Extensive experience in managing complex respiratory and critical care cases• Expertise in ICU management and critically ill patient care• Advanced airway management and mechanical ventilation expertise• Experience with bronchoscopy, respiratory procedures, and critical care interventions• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities• Commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous quality improvementCompensationAn attractive tax-free package will be offered based on qualifications, clinical expertise, and professional experience.
